Manometric is hiring a Digital Solutions Lead to lead the way on problem exploration and solution building in a rapidly scaling environment. The role involves owning end-to-end business problems and working with cross-functional teams to design and produce custom orthoses using proprietary 3D scanning and smart software.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of operating experience in a rapidly scaling environment
- Leadership experience in solving complex, vague problems
- Hands-on experience in building software, configuring systems, or creating internal tooling
- Proficiency in AI and data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
