Job Description
We are looking for an Operational Innovation Lead to help us scale and improve our operations in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will have experience in fast-scaling environments, a proven track record of improving operations, and strong analytical and practical skills.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience in fast-scaling environments
- Proven track record of improving operations
- Experience launching or implementing operational or digital tools from scratch
- Entrepreneurial ownership and experience in early-stage environments
- Strong systems thinking and analytical skills
