Job Description
Manpower Malta is seeking a Japanese Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage the Japanese market segment, coordinate sales and operations for group travel to Malta, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong sales mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience coordinating group and FIT travel
- Customer-oriented, organised, energetic, and able to work flexible hours
- ICT literate with excellent command of written and spoken English and Japanese
- Driving licence and previous experience in a similar role are considered an asset
