As a Market Manager, you will lead local Manpower convenience branch operations, drive sales growth, and foster strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, leading a team of recruiters, and monitoring market KPIs. Requirements
- 2+ years selling a solution / in a service industry
- 2+ years demonstrated people and/or project management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (desired)
- In-depth knowledge of or expertise in the staffing industry or full life-cycle recruitment (desired)
- Experience managing a P&L (desired)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally visit client sites outside of standard business hours
