Requirements

• Provide support to a large technical IT Service Management (ITSM) contract to ensure requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SoW) are met as directed
• Lead Service Delivery Managers to ensure and enable the entire Program to execute project and program activities with established processes that meet industry standards for consistent and quality performance
• Supervise interviewing, hiring, career enablement, timecards, performance counseling, compensation planning, and requisition creation
