Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Field Office Technician to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position. Provide technical leadership, on-site technical support, and assistance by deploying to CASTLE-NET program field offices for IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in IT and field/user support roles; or an Associate degree with 12+ years of experience; or 14+ years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments within the IT domain
- Excellent technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Willingness to travel extensively for field office support
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification
- Secret security clearance
