Job Description
Join MANTECH as a Lead Field Office Technician to provide technical leadership and support to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6. This remote position requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in IT and field/user support roles. Responsibilities include providing on-site technical support, directing field activities, and delivering world-class IT services. Excellent technical knowledge and proficiency in remote support tools are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in IT and field/user support roles
- Associate degree with 12+ years of experience
- 14+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with IT equipment setup and maintenance
- Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Willingness to travel extensively for field office support
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification
