Reliability & Maintainability Engineer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Reliability Engineer to join their team in Lexington Park, MD. The Reliability & Maintainability Engineer will participate in design reviews, perform functional decomposition, and conduct comprehensive reliability analyses to assess hardware durability and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, or a related technical discipline)
• 2+ years of experience in Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineering, specifically within defense, aerospace, or complex systems integration
• Hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills
