Senior Network Administrator

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Network Administrator to join our team in Doral, FL. The role involves day-to-day operation and maintenance of the network infrastructure, implementing and maintaining essential network security measures, and resolving network bottlenecks.

Requirements

• BA/BS in field necessary to assume Network Administrator duties or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• High School diploma plus 4 years of additional experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 2 years of additional experience, may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
• A relevant Master’s degree may count for 2 years of experience; a relevant PhD may count for 4 years
• 8+ years of experience with 5+ years of relevant Network Administrator experience
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their networking components
• Knowledge of network security best practices, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and firewall management
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques for performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automating network tasks
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications
