Responsibilities include providing Tier II IT Systems support on various technologies, writing Standard Operating Procedures, and participating in ITIL processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Systems Support and Administration, as well as DoD 8570 IAT Level III/8140 level expert Certification and a TS clearance.
Requirements
- Providing Tier II IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies
- Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participating in processes throughout all phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle
- Performing requirements analysis, requirements gathering, and integration
- Providing direction and guidance to less-experienced Systems Engineers
- Investigating and resolving operational problems
- Working on project teams responsible for engineering and packaging releases
