Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 4+ years of experience in the field of systems engineering, technical support, or IT infrastructure role
- Security+ certification
- Experience providing Tier I–III technical support across multiple operating systems
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, system integration, and lifecycle management concepts
- Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and end-user support
