Systems Engineer

Requirements

• Provide multi-platform technical support across desktop, AV, and networked environments, ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance
• Support system integration efforts, including AV and VTC technologies, contributing to end-to-end deployment and lifecycle management
• Assist in engineering and implement workflow improvements to enhance system efficiency, usability, and scalability
• Support network infrastructure initiatives, including expansion, optimization, and performance tuning
• Conduct system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide sustainable technical solutions to complex user issues
• Maintain system documentation, asset tracking, and lifecycle management processes to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Contribute to quality assurance efforts by validating system performance, compliance, and data integrity
