BAS Controls Design Engineer

Mantis Innovation delivers engineering-driven solutions across energy, infrastructure, and building systems. They are hiring a BAS Controls Design Engineer who wants to own the technical details of designing, configuring, and defending building management systems. Engineers will lead technical design, create control drawings, and support commissioning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct BAS engineering experience
• Experience programming or configuring BAS platforms (Niagara, Distech, or similar)
• Experience developing control drawings and submittals for live projects
• Exposure to commissioning or startup
• Strong HVAC and electrical system knowledge
• Experience owning at least one full BAS project lifecycle
