BAS Controls Design Engineer

Mantis Innovation delivers engineering-driven solutions across energy, infrastructure, and building systems. We value technical rigor and are hiring a BAS Controls Design Engineer to own technical details, design, configure, and defend systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct BAS engineering experience
• Experience programming or configuring BAS platforms (Niagara, Distech, or similar)
• Experience developing control drawings and submittals for live projects
• Exposure to commissioning or startup
• Strong HVAC and electrical system knowledge
• Experience owning at least one full BAS project lifecycle
