Head of Product Design

We're hiring a Head of Design to own design decisions at Manychat as it becomes AI-native. The role requires a senior design leader with experience in high-growth digital product companies, expertise in product design, design systems, and user research, and ability to connect design decisions to measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior design leader in high-growth digital product companies
• Demonstrated success building and scaling large, high-performing design organizations
• Deep expertise in product design, design systems, and user research
• Experience designing complex products that balance power and usability
• Strong product intuition and business acumen, with the ability to connect design decisions to measurable outcomes
• Experience designing or leading teams through AI-powered or AI-augmented product experiences, with strong judgment around usability, trust, and transparency
• Track record of operating as a peer to Product, Engineering, and Growth leadership
• Exceptional people leadership skills, including experience coaching managers and senior ICs
• Strong executive presence, communication, and influence
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments while maintaining high standards
