Head of Propositions (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

ManyPets is seeking a Head of Propositions to lead the development of clear and compelling product propositions that drive customer understanding and adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal lines insurance, specifically pet insurance, and a strong understanding of product lifecycle processes. They will be responsible for setting the bar on value and product propositions, managing product launches, and driving adoption of high-value products.

Requirements

• Personal lines insurance industry experience (ideally pet insurance)
• Understanding of the product lifecycle process and driving performance at every stage
• Experience in developing clear propositions for complex products
• Experience in building GTM strategies
• Highly data-driven and comfortable setting a high standard for the use of data across the business
• Extensive team management experience
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organisation and partnering with stakeholders
