We are seeking a Shipping Lead to oversee the receipt and shipment of high-quality dairy products, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Actively enforce safety rules and company policies
• Plan and organize available resources to meet load out, quality, and safety goals
• Lead daily shift meetings
• Effectively communicate and coordinate product/resource availability with production department
• Train new employees in job duties
• Cover various positions and shifts in department when needed
