Business Development Manager

The Maples Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development and marketing, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a professional services environment. They will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of practice group strategy, providing strategic and operational support to the business development function, and managing client and intermediary relationships.

Requirements

• Law firm experience
• Professional qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing role in professional services
• Knowledge of the finance/legal industry and B2B target audiences
• Attention to detail and project management skills
• Experience with InterAction or similar CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management, organisational, time management and administrative skills
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Service orientation and understanding of the firm's functional, practice and leadership structures
