The Maples Group is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to support the L&D function with a focus on early careers initiatives, including internships, scholarships, and trainee programmes.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain databases, records, schedules and inventory
- Maintain an accurate record of spend against budget
- Receive, collate and submit payment requests
- Provide administrative support for meetings and events
- Manage the early careers mailbox
- Act as a point of contact for interns, students and trainees
- Prepare standard documentation using established templates
- Support recruitment tasks throughout the hiring process
- Liaise with schools and community partners
- Participate in the planning and execution of all early career events
