Provide technical support and advice to the Property Management team, review building defects and conversion works, and ensure compliance to building safety requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of relevant experiences in building facilities management, project management and integrated fitting out works.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
- Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
