Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group invites applications for a Senior HRMS Administrator/Consultant to join their Human Resources department. This position is a FULL-TIME opportunity based out of their regional office located in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of hands-on HRMS/HRIS technical experience, including system configuration, integrations, reporting, and data management (UKG Pro strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise HR platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, Oracle, or SuccessFactors
- Strong expertise in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Cognos Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Proven experience designing and supporting complex system integrations using APIs and secure data transfer methods
- Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration skills, and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
