Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A competitive, self-driven personality capable of working independently
- A team player mindset
- Fluent Estonian
- English skills are mandatory for international teammates
- Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued
- Previous sales team leadership experience is highly valued
