This Fundamental Trading Analyst supports MPC’s Global Supply, Trading, and Origination organization by delivering high-impact freight market analytics that directly inform commercial decision making.

Requirements

• Manage global freight supply-demand models, including flows, demand, inventories, fleet supply, and freight pricing relationships.
• Monitor vessel movements, trade route shifts, fleet utilization, and structural market changes impacting freight markets.
• Analyze freight economics, arbitrage structures, voyage comparisons, and coverage strategies; deliver ad-hoc analytics based on current market conditions.
