Job Description
The Mar-Bella Collection is seeking a Commis Chef for Season 2026 at the Elix hotel in Parga, Thesprotia. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen or a la carte restaurant, and possess desirable knowledge of themed cooking (e.g. Italian, Asian).
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen or a la carte restaurant
- Desirable knowledge of themed cooking (e.g. Italian, Asian)
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of ISO and HACCP
- Diploma in culinary arts
