Job Description
The Mar-Bella Collection is seeking a Second Chef for the 2026 season for the Elix hotel in Parga, Thesprotia. Responsibilities include preparation of the workplace, support for the needs of the hot and cold kitchen, and maintenance of HACCP regulations.
Requirements
- Equivalent experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen or a la carte restaurant
- Desirable knowledge of thematic cooking (e.g. Italian, Asian)
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of ISO and HACCP
- Diploma in culinary arts
