The Mar-Bella Collection is a growing group of four five-star luxury hotels, all around the Ionian Sea. The company is looking for a Demi Chef De Partie for the 2026 season at the Avali hotel in Corfu.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen or a la carte restaurant
- Desired knowledge of themed cuisine (e.g. Italian, Asian)
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of ISO and HACCP
- A degree in culinary arts
