PlayStore Host

Marbles Kids Museum is seeking an enthusiastic PlayStore Host to create playful experiences for guests. The host is responsible for opening and closing duties, customer transactions, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store.

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience, particularly with families and young children (preferred).
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Experience with point-of-sale and inventory software (Shopify and Tessitura experience preferred).
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to establish goals, set priorities, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
