Marco Polo is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the growth of Marco Polo Circles, a new offering that matches people based on life stage and interests. The role involves owning the full growth funnel, driving paid marketing performance, and leading a cross-functional growth team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership role at a consumer company
• Deep experience in paid user acquisition across mobile and social platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions grounded in data
• Experience marketing a subscription product and understanding of the economics of LTV, payback periods, and sustainable growth
