Job Description
The Conference Concierge for the Banquets Department at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa will support the Event Managers and Banquet operations in servicing the meeting planners and convention attendees.
Requirements
- Previous hotel and/or Banquets and Catering experience preferred
- Good leadership qualities
- Personable with good people skills
- Displays a commitment to hospitality
- Communicates well, written and verbally, with others
- Good organizational skills
- Must be determined and be able to work with minimum supervision
- Total commitment to guest satisfaction
