Requirements

• Greet and assist guests entering the pool area
• Monitor facility and patron conduct
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
• Report damages to facilities, attractions, or equipment to supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
• Ensure proper use of wristbands and access points to promote safety and enjoyment
• Offer directions and information about the property and surrounding area
• Support emergency response staff and complete other duties as directed
