The Business Manager – APAC is a leadership role responsible for driving growth, enabling strategic change, and strengthening execution across the APAC region. The role acts as a trusted partner to the COO – APAC, translating strategy into action by shaping priorities, leading complex change initiatives, and embedding scalable operating models that support sustainable growth.

• Strong understanding of how growth, controls, and operational scalability intersect
• Experience working with senior executives and influencing without direct authority
