The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of group bookings from initial proposal through post-sailing reconciliation, coordinating cabin blocks, collecting payments, and serving as the primary liaison between group leaders, internal departments, and shipboard teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience in group sales, travel coordination, or hospitality operations.
- Proven track record of managing group bookings, contracts, and customer communications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, booking platforms, and financial reconciliation processes.
