Host

Margaritaville and Landshark is seeking a host to greet customers, check identification, control traffic, and maintain guest areas. The host will be responsible for providing information and conversation while guests are waiting and seated, introducing guests to their server, and accommodating special requests. The host must maintain positive guest satisfaction by answering questions thoroughly and handling complaints.

Requirements

• One year in a guest service position preferred
• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment helpful
• High school degree or GED preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
• Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
