We are looking for a Prep Cook to join our team at Margaritaville and Landshark. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company specifications, ensuring guest safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Requirements

• Six months to one year minimum as a prep/line cook in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Culinary degree or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
