Prep Cook

Margaritaville and Landshark are seeking a Prep Cook to prepare and cook food according to company specifications while maintaining food safety and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing food preparation, ensuring proper storage and rotation, and assisting in training new staff members. Requirements

• Six months to one year minimum experience as a prep/line cook
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 35 pounds and climb/descend ladders.
• High school degree or GED preferred
• Knowledge of cooking techniques (required)
• Health permit/food safety card & alcohol awareness certification
