Job Description
The Human Resources Associate for the Leave Management Section (LMS) provides professional level support for a variety of leave-related human resources functions. The role performs full spectrum of leave case management duties, collaborates with employees and managers on medical, military, and related matters, and manages leave in accordance with the FMLA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
- Two (2) years of human resources experience.
- Specialized experience in leave management.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
