Job Description
Serve as a resource and educator for members and an ambassador of the credit union, helping them reach their financial goals and perform various services.
Requirements
- Greet and make members feel welcome
- Build relationships with members by learning about their financial goals
- Provide one-touch resolution on member inquiries
- Assist members with account transactions and maintenance
- Make outbound calls to educate members or for specific campaigns
