Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant will demonstrate the advantages and benefits of MarineMax, establish long-term relationships with customers, and exceed customer expectations. Prior large boat/yacht experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Enthusiastically embrace the MarineMax values
• Establishes and maintains good long-term relationships with customers
• Acquire full knowledge of complete product line, features and accessories available for purchase
• Follows the MarineMax sales process
• Diligently inputs and maintains accurate and comprehensive customer and prospect information into the IDS system
• Accurately computes and quotes sales price
• Project a professional and knowledgeable image at all times
• Oversee the delivery of each unit sold
• Introduce customers to the dealership team
• Actively participate in boat shows and other off-site promotions
• Demonstrate basic Seamanship skills
• Successfully complete all required training programs
