Manager, Raw Materials and Ingredients

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company that is seeking a Manager, Raw Materials and Ingredients to manage the sourcing, qualification, and operational handling of all raw materials, ingredients, or processing aids used in beverage development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Brewing/Fermentation Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brewing or process engineering, with a strong track record in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical change across multiple sites, effectively influencing stakeholders and teams without direct authority.
• Strong data‐driven problem‐solving skills with the ability to interpret process data, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into practical improvements.
• Proven success partnering with Engineering, Quality, R&D, and Operations teams to align priorities, standardize practices, and accelerate implementation of technical solutions.
