AI Agent Engineer

Mark Miller Subaru is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and test intelligent agents that solve real business problems across dealership operations. You’ll develop and optimize agent systems that enhance customer experience, streamline internal workflows, and drive measurable outcomes in sales, service, and finance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, task queues, and cron-based automation.
• Comfort working with CRM platforms and operational data.
• Ability to translate business problems into agent architectures without over-engineering.
• Strong testing discipline with a bias toward measurable results over demos.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
