Job Description
Join Markel as an Experience and Events Coordinator and play a meaningful role in event planning. This role involves project management, event coordination, client support, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about event planning and has strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Requirements
- Coordinate and support logistics for conferences, conventions, and company events
- Manage event materials, SWAG inventory, and gift programs
- Assist with vendor coordination and travel arrangements (up to 15% travel required)
- Provide project management and administrative support for the events team
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful event execution
