MarketStar is looking for a Quality and Enablement Specialist to support the X team. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual driven to ensure a high level of professionalism, productivity, and quality are maintained and continually improved across the X program.
Requirements
- Review the quality of work performed by the SMB sales team
- Use quality monitoring data systems to compile and track performance metrics
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive internal and external quality reports
- Lead calibration sessions with Senior Leadership and Team Leads
- Provide actionable performance data to various internal support groups
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve program initiatives
- Deliver direct, constructive feedback to sales team leaders
- Create and maintain standardized workflows and procedures
