You will be responsible for creating a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities that can contribute to the company's growth and success. Requirements
- Establish a trusted advisor role with accounts by being assertive, present and relevant
- Researching potential customers to shape and build new business
- Growing new business through effective communication methods including calling, incoming leads, customer meetings and emails
- Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize the conversion of leads into paying customers
- Providing effective account management to support your customers technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements
- Optimise the product range penetration in each account, ensuring all cross-selling opportunities are maximised within each account
- Effectively manage and develop customers so they develop into long term business relationships
- Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
- Management and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales KPI goals
- Collaborate with the leadership team and our client to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals
- Attend relevant market events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company and engage with prospective customers
- Partner with the Country Manager to support regional initiatives, customer engagement, and territory planning
- Manage a balanced lead flow across both DACH and EMEA regions, ensuring consistent and strategic follow-up across geographies
