Banquet Sous Chef at W Brisbane. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in creating exceptional banquet experiences that surprise and delight our guests.
Requirements
- Cert 4 in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 2 years similar experience
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Experienced in faced paced environments
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
