The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for leading the food and beverage operations at the Manado Marriott Resort & Spa, overseeing the development and implementation of departmental strategies, and ensuring the financial performance of the department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Indonesia, preferably in resort environments and pre-opening projects, and proficiency in the local language.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, management of financial resources, administration and management, applied business knowledge, and management of material resources.
