Job Summary: Director of Room Operations for the hotel in Anaheim, CA, USA. Responsible for strategic business leadership of Rooms Operations, including Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, and Housekeeping. Develops and implements departmental strategies to meet brand standards, target customer needs, and maximize financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
