Job Description
The Director of Rooms will lead the Rooms department as the strategic business leader of the property, responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the quality of propertyās rooms, ensuring Rooms operations meet the brandās standards, targets customer needs, and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
