Job Description
Respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and identify and resolve maintenance issues. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve issues and maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
- Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders
