Job Description
Respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment. Communicate with guests and other shifts, and display basic knowledge in air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Perform basic repairs, painting, and cleaning tasks. Use computer skills to input air handler schedules and make temperature changes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Driver's License
- Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
- Hotel engineering or maintenance experience a plus
