Job Description
Respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Display advanced engineering operations skills, mechanical ability, and proficiency in various categories, including air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. Safely perform complex repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and use engineering computer programs related to preventative maintenance and energy management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background
- Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration, parts inventory and requisition, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
